ABI is a smoke-free environment Smoking is permitted outside only.

A 50% deposit or a credit card guarantee is required for reservations. Deposits are non-refundable unless there is at least a ten day notice of cancellation. A $25.00 processing charge per room will be applied. The balance is due in full upon arrival. Holidays, Festivals, and House of Jacob Functions will require a 30 day cancellation in order to receive refund.

Rates are double occupancy with a $20.00 fee for each additional adult per room. Please let us know in advance if there will be more than two of you so that we may better accommodate you.

Pets with responsible owners welcome, please notify us if your pet will be traveling with you for more detailed information on requirements.

Book the House events will require a non-refundable deposit of 50%.

Rates

Rates range from $85.00 - $140.00 for single and double occupancy per night. $20.00 for extra adult per room. Single occupancy discounts available mid-week.

We accept Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover, Checks, and Cash.
